Pennar Barracks & Bush Camp

Brick barracks were also constructed at Pennar Point.

These were originally a torpedo and submarine mine depot, and became the Royal Engineers' barracks. In World War I, an extensive hut and tent camp occupied the site of today's Memorial Park and Bush Estate.
